Shipping policy

Overview

Snippy ships worldwide from our suppliers directly to your door. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment being confirmed.

Shipping Rates

Australia - Free standard shipping on all orders.

International - A flat rate of AUD $5 applies to orders under AUD $60.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia: 7-20 business days New Zealand: 10-20 business days United States and Canada: 10-25 business days United Kingdom and Europe: 10-25 business days Rest of world: 14-30 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly with the carrier. Please allow 3-5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at hello@shopsnippy.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. We are unable to lodge enquiries until 30 days after dispatch for domestic orders and 45 days for international orders, as carriers require this timeframe before treating an order as lost.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
