TIMEFRAME
All return and refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at hello@shopsnippy.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We assess all claims on a case by case basis.

Once received and inspected we will process your refund within 5 business days.

ITEMS UNDER $30
We do not require physical return of items under $30. A photo is sufficient for us to assess your claim and process a refund.

CHANGE OF MIND
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, email us immediately at hello@shopsnippy.com with a photo and we will resolve it promptly.

Natural stones vary in colour, shape and size — this is not a defect, it is the nature of the material.
